I've searched for this answer, so I defer to the suspension guys. I have a 03 Sport with the 30x9.5 tire option (don't know if that makes a difference) and I went to swap out some new suspension components (bushings, ball joints, etc) and new shocks. Being on a budget for now, I went with the Skyjacker Hydros that (according to Qtec) were for a stock, un-lifted TJ. Great, except the fronts are 2 inches too short.
I was able to find the correct length afterwards and am in the process of exchanging, but was wondering if I was right, or they were right (Did someone put the wrong size on before before I owned it)?
The front shocks on the Jeep now are 22.75'' fully extended, what they sent me was 20.75''… Anyone know what the correct length should be?
