shocks and discos length

i was thinking of getting rustys 2 inch coil spirngs but getting skyjacker nitro shocks instead of the rustys shocks. My set up would be a 1 inch bl, 1 inch mml, 2 inch springs, and possibly .75 coil spacers. So i was wondering if i should get shocks for 1-3 inches of lift or 3.5-6 inches of lift. Also if i should get discos for 0-4 inchs or 2.5-6 inches?

When I first got my Rusty's kit, I put some gas charged shocks on at first and it was pretty rough riding. Went back to the Rusty's shocks that came with it and the ride was much better.

Right now I'm running the 2" coils with a .75 spacer up front to level it out. I have the shocks for 3" lift up front and 2" in back and I would be hard pressed to pay for upgraded shocks for fear that it would not be any improvement.
