Shocks or springs?

What plays more in the ride comfort, shocks or springs?

they both have a pretty equal value. a good progressive coil spring is superior to a "lift spring" A proper valved monotube tube shock from King, fox, or bilstien will be far superior to a rancho or OME shock. bottom line you pay for what you get.
