Unhappy Skid Plate

I have found a reasonably priced, reputable lift kit with CV Driveshaft and SYE. However, it seems like I'm going to have issues with the tranny skid plate, as some of the bolts just turn and don't drop out. I know there are ways I could get them out, grinding heads etc. But my concern is once these are out, how the frig do I hold up the skid plate when I come to reinstall it??
I'm guessing something in the frame has given up for the bolts to just turn?

Help!!

The factory nutserts are rusted and either seized around the skid plate bolts, or their welds to the frame broke. Just found out mine has this problem, here:
