well knowing that the plate is off, thats your problem. how far is that thing hanging down??? mine went WAY down when lowered the jack to see how far it would go.

Yeah I don't know if I would leave the skid plate off one hard jolt and you might leaving your tranny behind you some where.

well it didnt seem like it dropped at all thats why i never diagnosed that as an issue, we actually hauled it down a the highway to my buds garage and it never moved, but that was the issue i bolted it right back on and its golden, nothing is broken but my pride lol. live and learn i guess. thanks guys im sure ill be back with more rudimentary crap to show my ignorance lol
