There should be a diagram in the owner's manual. The best advice I can give is that 1)when you start to put your windows back in only zip the side windows about 2-3 inches and then put the window trim around the door channel before finishing the zipping to the back. 2) Always unzip the rear window from your right to left and 3)when replacing it, you may have trouble in the corners. Put light pressure on the corner to flatten out the zipper and it should go on around without too much trouble. It gets easier the more you do it, but those are the only things that really gave me any trouble. I'm 5'2" and can get my soft top off alone in about 5 minutes. Putting it back on takes about 10.

This youtube video is pretty good. and only 3 minutes long. Seriously Neal, that one you posted is 45 minutes long. I started to watch it, but decided to read a Harry Potter book instead.

Owner's manual all the way. The instructions in there are great. Read it a couple times and hit ALL the steps and follow them to the T and you should be good.
