Squeaky turns

There is a squeak coming from somewhere under my Jeep (as in not a dash squeak) when I make a left hand turn. I can't tell if it's squeaking in a right hand turn since I can't get my head out that window to hear it obviously.

Does anyone know what components I should be checking for wear/tightness/whatever?

When was the last time you showed your grease fittings some love?

Never. I've just had it about a month and it doesn't seem to have been maintained real well. Any kind of grease work?

Mine does the same thing here and there, always a left turn, and almost always at low speeds. Guess I should grease her up soon.

The Jeep is a 97 and judging by the general lack of maintenance I'd guess the U-Joints are probably about 17 years. I noticed that it does do it turning both ways.
