I'm thinking of buying a Smittybuilt SRT rear bumper so I can get my spare tire off my tailgate, but I'm wondering will it mount with the exsisting tow hitch I have? The hitch I have looks to be welded on so it would be a pain to take it off.

I'll post a picture of my hitch and the bumper I'm thinking of buying...

What is your existing tow hitch welded to?

That picture almost looks like the tow hitch is attached to the bumper. Just to be clear here, the bumper and hitch are seperate.

Cut it off with an angle grinder using a cutting disk which will take all of 2 minutes.
