Starter or bad ground help

So I have an 04 tj. When I get in it (sometimes) and go to start it....nothing it clicks and goes dead I lose all power all my radio presets, my trip, like it just resets. When I open my door and slam it shut I get power back, only when I slam it. So it the shaking that with doing something any ideas....

It could be a bad ground, this exact thing happened to me. I would get a jump then if I don't push the gas I would die. I cleaned the wires with baking soda and hot water because they were corroded that may be an issue for you. I ended up buying new wires and that fixed my issue because they were so corroded! Hope this helps!

Sorry it took so long I have been working on my other car. But it worked the cable on my starter was loose and my ground cable on the battery was too. I tightened it like last month
