Starting/Idle problems

Hi, im also new to the site. I have an 03 sahara 5spd. ive had it for about 9 months and it has done me very well. once it got cold though, i had some trouble starting it and it stalls at stop lights/idle. The combo seems to be interesting at stop signs and lights. what i have checked: battery voltage engine off 12.7 and on about 14.7. replaced the TPS and CPS. no help. no engine codes pop up on self test and auto zone meter. no CEL. it WILL start everytime, it just struggles to turn over and clicks for about 30sec to a min. the idle problem is there for about half the time. the other half of the time it is fine. the acceleration is fine through full range of the throttle, accept for idle. i pulled the starter to have it tested later on tonight. i will post results. i tried to be as descriptive as possible, but as you can see its not the easiest to diagnose. any help would be greatly appreciated.

did you clean the IACV and the housing?
and you said clicks when you trying to start the engine did you try jump it with another battery if the current one is weak? voltage doesnt mean anything.

it was a combo of the two. i cleaned the hell out of the throttle body and IACV...extremely dirty. idles fine now. had the battery tested with more than just a volt meter and it is shot. replaced it and starts up fine now. thanks a lot. i didnt think two things could fail at once like that. lesson learned.
