Steering problem

Just got my baby back from the mechanic, had to get the alternator and battery repaired. Didn't have the time to do it myself... Anyway.... When I turn now, it seems like the steering wheel is moving back and forth a little bit. The power steering fluid is filled up and it never acted like this before. I can still turn but I dont know if this is something that needs to be fixed ASAP. Could it be the steering box or maybe the mechanic hit something by mistake like the steering linkage.

I would assume either he hit something removing the belt, the belt is slipping or the belt was somehow installed wrong. This is assuming he removed the belt to change out the alternator.
