Steering stabilizers?

Anyone recommend a good steering stabilizer for a '97 TJ with 33's and a Skyjacker 4" Short Arm Lift Kit? They all look the same to me...I'm thinking of going with the yellow OME for $74. And whats the difference with a single stabilizer and a dual stabilizer? Some brands say that the dual stabilizer will only work with a 4" lift kit...why is that?

Skyjacker make a good stablizer, as does Rancho. You shouldn't need a dual setup.

Avoid installing a dual-stabilizer. They only make the PS system work a lot harder and they aren't needed for any tire sizes typically run on our TJs. In fact, running a dual vs. single steering stabilizer with big tires on a hot day on a tight twisty trail could be the difference in an overheated steering system that refuses to work or even boils its PS fluid over and one that works just fine.

P.S. I forgot to mention that, pretty much, all steering stabilizers are essentially the same thing... a hydraulic shock absorber that is valved 50:50. Nothing more, nothing less. There should be no felt difference between any decent quality steering stabilizer like from Skyjacker, OME, Rancho, RE, Monroe, Black Diamond, Doetsh Tech, Rough Country, ProComp, Bilstein, etc.

Thanks everyone...I love to overthink even the simplest choices in Jeep life.
