Still have idling issues

Anybody know where I should look next? I have a 99 wrangler 4.0 and have replaced my IAC,TPS and cleaned my throttle body and still have issues with my idle. When I first start my jeep it doesn't idle and when it warms up it will ide but it surges from a low to normal idle sometimes almost stalling. It doesn't seem to have the power it used to also.

Somewhat similar issues with a GC I had. On that, it was indeed the fuel pressure. It's super simple to test - you just need a tester. (I think I bought mine in ebay for like, $20?)

Wouldn't a vacuum leak make the idle higher?

Is your check engine light on? I'm not a mechanical genius, but my spark plugs were misfiring. Maybe running some sea foam through or replacing bad spark plugs might help. Did for me. Just a thought.

Not always, depends where it's leaking.
