Stubborn CEL - Code 2.4 -Help

I have a 98 TJ 4.0L. It was having constant acceleration issues, jerking and brief, but sharp drop in RPM's, and I got a CEL - Code 2.4.

I pulled the throttle body, cleaned the throttle, replaced the TPS and cleaned the AIC valve.

CEL went off, and it's running better than it has for years. But the CEL has come back on with code 2.4 again.

Any thoughts?
