suspension question

Hi I have question that may have been already covered i didnt see it in the faq's tho. I have an 02 sahara and a busted front shock. A friend of mine has an 07 JK rubicon that he put an aftermarket lift on . The question is will stock rubicon jk shocks work on a stock tj. He also has the rubi coil springs if they would work id grab them too. Any input would be appreciated

If you install jk springs and shocks what else do you need? Sorry to jump a little off topic.
