Sway bar quick disconnects

I am interested in building a set of quick disco's for my TJ.
Im not bad with a welder so I belive I can make them, Only I don't have a proper design. Anybody build some that can offer help??

Also is it worth it? do they give much more stability on angles?

Stability, Simplicity, No headache disconnecting them. I had JKS quick discos and ditched them for the Antirock. It is 100x better, It really helps with the stability as well. When it's time I may do one in the rear as well.

Yes, you trim the links to fit your lift height.
