Swaybar bushing

Went to the lovely big box auto store today and bought some polyurethane sway bar bushings. They were out of the rubber ones. Any pros/cons on the polyurethane? I typically stick with rubber bushings, no reason other than I always have. Any tips on installing these? Do I need to greaser he bushings prior to installing?

Keeping them lubed up will be a pain and they will dry out and start squeaking. I replaced some leaf spring bushings with poly and the squeak drove me nuts. I would wait and get some rubber ones, but that is just me.

Thanks. This is why I have always bought rubber bushings to avoid the dreaded squeaking. Thanks for the input.
