swaybar links

Hey guys quick questions. The front sway bar links on my jeep are broke. and anyways i was shooting the shit with another jeep guy the other day, and told him that my links were broken, and what do you know he went to his jeep and came back and handed me two new quick disconnect front sway bar links still in the box.... free of charge, from one jeep guy to another he says. The only problem is the box says they are for jeep tjs with 2-4 of lift. I was wondering if I could put these on my jeep with no lift.
Thanks guys

What it's going to do is put your sway bar position higher than it would normally be. The one thing this can cause on a stock rig can be the sway bar contacting the bottom of the fenders right next to the grill. You are honestly going to have to install them to see what happens to you. There is no way to really shorten that style of disconnect.
