T-case drop removal

Alright, so i understand that by installing a mml that it helps with the whole vibe issues in the driveline. Right now I have a tcase drop sitting under my rig due to a 4" lift (that has settled to about 3.5"). I have no vibes but I hate that t case drop because I have gotten high centered onit a few times. Now my question is, can I do a mml and pull out that t case drop at the same time and be fine? Would doing a 1" bl at the same time make any kind of a difference. I just wanna ditch the t case drop now with out having to go the whole sye and new drive shaft route...at least till I go long arms. But for now I need to know it a mml will allow me to remove the transfer case drop??

I hate to tell you brother, but the best bet is the SYE. I did it two weeks ago and it was by far easier than I thought. I also installed a Tom Woods custom drive shaft and I absolutely love the set up. It all came to about $550 + shipping. Best money spent so far.

x2...you may can get away with it but just a MML with 3.5" of lift will be pushing it...a MML is equal to a 1/2" of tcase drop.

Yea, I realize Im going to have to do it eventually. I actually plan on going that route. Just not yet. Dont have the $$ as of now bein that college started back up recently. I just wanted to get the skid back up where it belongs for the time being as cheaply as possible. And a mml is pretty cheap. Especially seeing as how I planned on doing the JKS 1.25" bl + mml any way. Then later down the road I'll get a sye and new tw shaft. I just wanted to know if this would work for a short while till I can do the permanent fix.

Yea, figure I may get some. I guess the only way to find out is gonna be to try it. I really just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with it.
