T-Case hits skid plate

So out wheeling today and I discovered a noise that has been puzzling me for months. My t-case lifts and falls under acceleration hitting the skid plate causing a knocking noise. I just changed the transmission mount so is this normal or what can I do to stop it?

some t-case torque is normal. what you have is definitely not normal. trans mount may be loose, broken or damaged.
