Tail lights not working

Yes, I replaced all the bulbs to be sure. The signals, brake, back up lights all work. I turn on the headlights and the left, Drivers side tail light is very dim and the right side does not come on at all. I can not figure this one out. The dash lights dont work either. Not sure there either. I have not explore that problem yet.

Thanks a million to my fellow jeep people.

Sounds like a fuse is out. The dash lights and running lights are all tied together. Check some fuses.

Good call on the fuse. The fuse was good but it looks like there was a short. Its darkend and slightly burnt where the fuse for the running lights go. Not good news. i pulled out the fuse and put it back in and the lights worked. I guess i will replace the fuse box.
Don't know what else to do.
Thanks again.

Start checking grounds and then sockets for corrosion.
