Im doin the taurus fan swap and iv done everything according to the wiring diagram i got but my fan spins the wrong way has anyone else had this problem the air blows towards the rad instead of the engine

sounds like you could have the polarity backwards.... maybe

The volvo relay requires running power to the to speed wires but the fan run correctly when i run power thru the ground

It's a DC motor so either way, as Roblaza said, swap the leads on your fan motor and it will run the opposite direction.

If you can't get the wiring to change the fan direction, you can look at flipping the fan blades so they pull air though the fan motor is running in the wrong direction. I don't know what that fan looks like or if it's even possible, but you might want to check to see.
