Tell me a little about my front end

I have some quick question of my steering system and if its stock or not and why there are two steering stabilizers on it. Do i have upgraded steering from stock or not?

Your steering looks stock to me, that tie rod looks too skinny to have been upgraded. Get rid of that second lower steering stabilizer, it is only forcing your power steering pump work harder than it needs to or should. There is no need for or benefit by having it. In fact, a second steering stabilizer can make it work it harder enough to cause the steering system to overheat & boil over on a hot day when you're doing a tight-twisty trail with a lot of turns in it.

Looks completely stock minus the spray paint and the unneeded second steering stabilizer.

Yep, get rid of it... whoever installed it didn't know it shouldn't have been installed. Dropped Pitman arms on a TJ, without having a corresponding drop on the upper track bar mount which yours does not have, just cause bump steer. Bump steer is the steering being forced left/right as the front suspension moved up/down over bumps/dips in the road.
