Time for a tune-up?

My 2005 TJ 6cyl' would always start on the first try. Now it starts on the second try, especially when cold. Any suggestions? it is underwarranty. What's involved in tune-up? It's only got 24,400mi. ??

that really low miles no a tune up wouldn't be under warranty changing plugs mostly on a 05 no need for wires at your millage

Sounds like a leaky fuel regulator.

Way too low in miles for a tune-up - IMO.
