Timing bouncing 1-5 degrees on DRB, New engine

Just started my 2000 TJ 4.0, it's a rebuilt engine, runs like a champ, but when starting it during warm up/break in it's showing the timing moving around between 1-5 degrees, is this normal, acceptable? It had zero miles on it at this point

Built a lot of cars and engines in my day, nothing I needed to hook up to a computer to time though
