Yes, lol.

Things that can affec this...

Tire tread wear
Manufacturers usually make them slightly smaller
If you have smaller rims, the sidewalls stick out. Decreasing the actual height of the tire slightly. It can be a combination or just one.. Who knows.

How worn are they. What air pressure are you running? It's all a variable, the tire manufacturers use some obscure standard so you should ignore measuring them and if it is marked 33 then it is by some standard.

There aren't too many brands that measure what the tire size is. Interco is supposed to measure right. But even in that case you have variables like, rim width, tire temperature, air pressure, normal wear..etc

Yeah don't worry about. You have 33's. My 32's measure at 31.5, and my 35's aren't even mounted in my jeep yet and they measure 34.5 already. That's just how it goes.

Vehicle weight, rim width, brand, wear, tire pressure, all go into "actual" tire height. Most 33's are anywhere from 33" - 31" in some cases. If you measure your tire width you'll find that it's off too. Don't worry about it. It's normal
