tj 2.5l fuel rail part

i have a 98 tj 4cyl 5 speed that is leaking gas from a round thing at the fuel rail. it is round and at the end of the rail closest to the front of the jeep. it has a very small wire/hose connected to it and one small bolt attaching it to the rail. can anyone please tell me what this is and where a replacement can be bought.
thank you for your help!!

Take a picture of what you need. I have the entire fuel rail/intake from my 4cyl I pulled out for my v8. I'll hook you up for a fair price.
