Tj auto transmission help help water damage

I have searched and searched and got enough help to get me home.

So this past weekend I took my jeep offroading with a couple friends. There was a large hole with some water and I tempted to drive threw it.
Everything went well after about 30 min and realized car didn't want to change up to 2nd or 3rd gear, I got to nearest gas station and looked under vehicle to see oil leaking from transmission.

Did some research on the forum, and pulled out transmission dip stick. To find out water has entered transmission, it looks like milkshake.

I was about 100km away from home with no tools and had no other way to go home. I managed to loosen pipes at radiator started the car and ran all mixed ATF and water out.filled her up with new ATF and It changed up from 1st to 2nd and when i was like 5km from my house it just stayed in 1st. and that was about it.

Dropped the transmission sump this morning drained oil, test drove and got 2nd again i double checked fluid levels and noticed the oil was again pink in color. I repeated the process about 4 times and now the oil is back to red and i have also replaced the filter. the drained oil had no signs of metal or anything like that. Its also doesn't leak oil anymore. But now it is still not kicking into 3rd gear pls help😰😰😰😰. I have attached a picture of how deep I was. The kick down cables connections are all on place what can I do. And yes I have now learned all about the vent tubes.

um i would drop the transmission pan.. put in a new transmission filter, and new fluid see if that works... if its still doing the same thing, i would think about replacing the selonoids in that pan there is i believe 3 of them.. available on ebay for about 100 bucks.. if 2nd, 3rd, rev work but drive doesnt i think its an selonoid issue..
