TJ Fuel System

I have a 2000 TJ with a fuel leak on top of the tank. I found 3 hoses that appear to have been tied together with a plastic fitting at one time. Looks like 2 of them come from the roll over valves and tie into one that goes to the front of the Jeep. I'm assuming it is a fuel return line. I just want to make sure that all three of these lines are supposed to be tied together with a "T" before I do it. Also does anyone happen to have a good site for a schematic or any idea of a part number for the "T"?

Thanks,

tank has 3 lines comming out of it. one is high pressure with the quick connect fitting on it and the other 2 are return lines that are tied together. the t fitting is just a t, nothing special about it. try any auto parts store and tell them what you need, i bet they have something that will work for you. wore comes to worse go to the dealer, its just a plastic t fitting, im sure they dont charge more than 10$ for it and if it gets the heep going again its worth it.

Thanks 350chevrolet. I picked one up at Advanced Auto Parts last night. The only problem I had with it is that I bought a 3/16" fitting which is the correct size for the return line but the lines coming off the tank are larger so wrapped duct tape around the fittings for those. Not the best fix but it should hold for a day or 2 (I hope) until I can find a fitting with two 1/4" ends and one 3/16"?

Got a few ideas for that. First would be the obvious dealership, then there's lowes, home depot, and ACE hardware. they will likely be metal at those places, but between the 3 of them, they have a lot of different fittings. If local fails you, call/email Daveysjeeps.com

best of luck.
