TJ Gurus, Help with an error code?

Though I play here in the JK rooms to pass the time until I get back to the USA and get my new JKU I still have to keep up with my current Jeep! I'm hoping TJ aficionados can assist!

I currently have a 1998 XJ, 4.0 with about 90k on it. I'm getting it ready to sell to one of my co-workers and the "check engine" light pops on. At first, I got 2 error codes, both related to the front O2 sensor. I replaced the sensor, and today I have P0138 code, O2 sensor circuit high voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2). No other codes present. I'm fairly certain its the other O2 sensor ( passed the catalytic converter) but before I order another one and wait 2 weeks for it to get here, is there anything else that could be causing it? It's not uncommon to get a tank of crap gas here..
