TJ squeaking

Hey everyone I had a couple questions about different sounds in my Jeep. Yes I did search, either I'm just really bad at searching, or I don't know where to look so don't flame me . Sometimes when the engine is under stress (ex. accelerating from 0-25 uphill) it makes a whistling sound almost like I have a turbo (HA I wish). Any idea what that could be? Also when I put it into reverse it squeaks the whole time I'm moving but not in any gear going forward. The reason I ask is because the Jeep is about to go into the shop this week to get some work done to pass inspection so it would be nice if I could get everything fixed at once. Its an 04 Jeep Wrangler Sport by the way.

the whistling is the sound of your air intake. completely normal.

The intake whistling... does it happen when your ac or vents are on only or just all the time. Might be time for a new fan belt but it would squeek when you cranked it in the mornings.

And in reverse they do make a different noise but I wouldn't consider it a squeak. More like a moan.

the whistle from the engine happens whether the air is on or off so I gues it's the air intake. As far as reverse goes I know almost all vehicles 'whine' when in reverse but my Jeep does that AND squeaks from what sounds like it's coming from the rear of the vehicle.
