TJ Stock Fog Light Harness

Sorry if this has already been answered, but I have an early 1999 model without stock fog lights. I bought the factory switch and installed it in the dash panel. When I opened the dash panel, I found a stock harness. I connected the harness connector and the lights on the factory switch worked showing that it had power. It only came on when the headlights were on and went off when the high beams came on. So I know it was working correctly.
My problem is that I can't find the other end of the harness near the bumper. I have looked in the fender wells, and along both sides.
I can run new wires from the fog light, but I would like to connect them to the factory harness. By chance, does the switch wires go into the power distribution center? I believe the fog light relays are behind the glove box.

Stock Fog Light Harness

I may be wrong, but I read that in some early 99 models the relays are behind the glove box. I have checked under the hood and they do not appear to be there. I also checked behind the glove box and found two #35 relays to the right of the fuse box. I believe these are the relays. My problem is that I know that the factory switch has power, but I can't find where the other end of the harness is located under the hood. I believe power is going somewhere, but I don't know where.

My 98 has the same wire behind the switch blanks. I too am curious where the wires come out on the other side. I have some KC Slimlites and a stock switch on order from Quadratec. I planned to use the stock foglight switch to power the slimlites and if I knew where the wires emerged on the other side, it might make things a bit easier for me.
