Exclamation TJ transmission

I just got an 01 Wrangler Sport it has 33x12.50 tires, a 5 inch lift, and an automatic transmission and when i let it sit for a while and I do a cold start the transmission will jump a little or kind of like a little thump. Also once when i did a cold start i was turning to get out of my parking spot and put it in part time four wheel drive and as my front tire was pushed against the curb when i turned it shut off. I anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated Also wondering how hard it would be to flush the transmisson i am good with tools just wonderng if there is a write up or anyone cold help me out with that too. Thanks

Shawn
