top air vent crack? anyone

I was wondering if any of u have this problem. the top panel of my dash vent is starting to break. the main windshield vent in the middle. is this common.. it seems cheap and fagile.. is it due to heat or the sun?

Probably due to the heat... They are pretty flimsy. Tiny's is bowed slightly from the heat. But, as cheap and flimsy as they are made, I bet Chrysler wants a pretty penny for em.

yeah mines bowed also.. but I never toutched the vent because I know its flimsy.. but its still breaking

one can always do a custom made one from a metal thing one puts on the bottom of the home doors.


Like the little thin guards.. i dont know the name of them. I've seen them in black, and other colors so..

the door sweep goes on the door it self. I'm talking about the long, skinny bracket that goes underneath the door sweep. The thing that gets mounted to the ground so it makes a better seal.

They have those in plastic too which would be perfect for a new windshield defroster thingy.
