trackbar lift issue

Hey guys, so long story short I'm in the process of an axle swap/lift install this weekend and since metalcloak is taking their sweet time (and not responding to emails) I dont have my adjustable trackbar yet. One way or another I needed this new axle in this weekend (getting the rear regeared this wednesday and was going to get the shop to install my new 1310 front driveshaft). The issue is with my new lift (should net around 3.5in with OME coils) my tackbar doesnt come close to lining up. I tried jacking up one side of the axle but its still way off. Worst case I can put my old coils back in for now but is there any way to just run misaligned until my new stuff gets here? Also while im asking questions, I've read and tried a bunch of different methods but I cannot get one of the ends of my tierod to tighten. I've gotten all the other ball joints tight but this one spins. At one point I had both me and my girlfriend (combined over 300lbs) standing on a prybar to get the thread to seize up but it still spun. Any last ditch recommendations to get it to thread? Thanks so much guys in advance

I'd suggest calling metal cloak on the phone and see what's up. For the spinning TRE ball joint, have you tried applying pressure (separating the two parts) to the nut as you tighten it? If you have an impact driver you can combine those techniques with a good chance of success. Good luck!

It's unlike Metalcloak to not answer their email. Try calling them and they will certainly take care of you. As far as trying to line up your track bar, have someone turn the steering wheel while you line it up. Your axle will not be centered but that's ok until you get your new track bar (which you will like! MC is a beefy bar).

X2...I don't know when you ordered your track bar, but MC's website list their shipping date as 2-3 weeks from the order date.

Thanks guys! I'll definitely be giving metalcloak a call today. I'd even be willing to go get the parts... they're like a 2 hour drive from me. Anyways we tried with an impact wrench, no luck. Tried originally the prying apart method, no luck. The others worked fine with one of these two methods. I'm going to see if I can get the hubs and wheels back on then see if I can use the vehicle weight to leverage it more.
