Tranny fluid / change

Ive searchrd forever online cant get a straight answer. I just have a bunch of words swimming in my head. Royal purple. Redline. Synchromesh. 75/90 80/90 10/40 10/30 mt1 mt90 gl5 gl4 gl3. Lucas 75/90.

'98 manual you have an AX15 -Redline mtl or mt 90 OR 10w30 motor oil
edit 6cyl manual AX15, 4 cyl -AX 5 -same fluids as above

The redline i got is 75 /90 but it says mt1 ive never seen mt90. Im in canada btw

^ yeah, thats good stuff, MTL. I have that in mine. MT90 is a little thicker but MTl will work just fine.

Hmm..Redline MTL (manual transmission lubricant) is 70w80. They don't make a product called mt 1. Can you post a pic of the bottle ?

O.K., that is for differentials. For your transmission you want the MTL or MT90. Don't put that in your transmission. See if you can exchange it, because I know it isn't cheap.
