Tranny just blew...

hows it goin gang,

So i just barely got my jeep running after 4 months of sitting in the driveway due to a faulty cam. had to drop another $1000 into an engine that cost me $3300 to build 15k miles ago... stupid CompCams, but thats another story. I got to drive it for a wopping 9 days then my tranny went out. it was a 32RH. my question is, can i swap out the 32RH (3 speed auto) for an AW4 or any other automatic jeep transmission with no problems with the computer?. will the different tranny mess anything up?
