Tranny mount, poly or rubber?

Ok so i am going to replace my tranny mount to try to get rid of a rattle from under the jeep. so, i am wondering which is better, poly or rubber? Is it worth 2X the cost for a poly one? the only downside is that it might transmit some vibes. Will the rubber one definitelty remove the rattle (if thats whats causing it?) One thing hat makes me nervous, in the pictures online (quadratec and autozone) the poly mount in the pic differs from what is under the jeep. but it doesnt say like stock photo or something. i dont want to order the wrong damn thing.

If you are replacing the stock trans/tcase mount...rubber.

What makes you think it is the mount causing your rattle?

I replaced the mount on my 97 with a poly. Mine has an auto transmission. Big mistake. Jeep felt like it was going to rattle apart at idle. I had just put a new motor in so it was bothersome not being sure if something was wrong with my rebuilt even though everything checked out. My wife did not want to ride in it any more. Went and bought a rubber again and an amazing difference in vibes. Much better! Gave the poly to a friend with an 04 Rubicon stick and he installed it. Still has it 6 months later but it is on his list to replace. Too many vibes.
