Tranny vent

So I have done quite a bit of searching with no results. I have the 3 speed auto tranny and want to know first where the vent is and is there a way to put a tube on it to locate it higher? Are there any write ups on this? Thanks.

On the 3 speed auto the breather is on the pump housing behind the torque converter. In order to add a breather the trans needs to be pulled. There are a couple of different ways. Tap the existing hole and add a fitting being careful that nothing hits the torque converter, plug existing hole and add a breather in the top of the transmission, plug existing hole and add a breather in the tail housing. With the tail housing solution, some people have problems with trans fluid coming out the breather.
