transfer case problem.. need help

I have to Jeeps His and Hers. I have a 2000 and my girl has a 2003. They are both 4 cyl 5spd. My girl got in an accident several months ago. blow out the 2 rear tires and bent the front drive shaft. Got new tires. Got new gears last month. this weekend i bought a used front drive shaft i installed it and it was making a nice and vibrating. so i replaced all 3 u joints on it. i reinstalled it and now i get a vibration at high speeds. i went under the jeep and the drive shaft doesn't move its solid. the output shaft has a little play in it. it moves up and down side to side. just a little though. I looked under mine and it has no play. i took the drive shaft off and the vibration is still there but not as bad.

has any one had to change there output shaft bearing? or has had this problem. or any thing similar.

will it leak oil if i take the output shaft bearing out to replace it?
i just changed all the fluids to synthetic. im hoping i don't have to drain it..

thanks for the help
