Question transmission issues only when I leave it sitting for 6+hrs

This issue has just started. I park my jeep and when I want to start it, it fires right up. Oh its a 2000 wrangler sport

The problem is if I left it parked in a gear, it seems stuck into that gear until i give the stick a decent yank in the right direction. At this time the clutch seems to be easier to push in. I can pump the clutch a few times and occasionally it will go right into gear, 1st or reverse and no probs after that.

Yet about 60% of the time I have to use some decent force to force it into gear.

When I first start it and need to go in reverse (garage sometimes) it start to act like if i push it in any further it will grind. If I jam it in gear it grinds for .5 sec and then makes a little pop noise but its in gear.

Also even if it is not parked in neutral it has difficulty engaging gears.

I'm praying I don't have to buy a clutch kit. My guesses are, bubbles in the clutch, low trans fluid ( I don't have a 17mm alan laying around)

Edit: If I can manage to back up, get into 1st and make it to 2nd but after 3rd there are no more jamming gears into place. I can even downshift, stop and then put it in first just like it was 3 years ago

any other recommendations will be great
