Transmission/Transfer Case Questions

So I am going to do a little climbing under the Jeep tonight, need to do an oil change, and loosen my control arms to make sure they aren't binding with the lift like I think they are.

Anyways, I have never checked the fluid levels in a manual, or even in a transfer case. Just looking at how I should go about that this evening since I will be under the Jeep anyways!

Thanks for your input!
