unfortunately I stripped the screw that holds the back seat belt buckles down trying to get it out do I could put it back in so people can wear seat belts in the back seat. Idk why the previous owner took it out. But anyway that's my delimma any advice on how to get that screw out and where I could find a new one that isn't stripped to put back in

Ditto. I have the same one. Works terrific on all the hinge bolts also. All my pneumatic impact ever did was strip the heads out.

The screw you're looking for is Chrysler P/N 06036295AA

Or you could go to Home Depot and replace it with a hex head screw.
