Turn signal being an R-Tard

Lately, my left front turn signal appeared not to work. The back was flashing quick, seeming like a quick bulb change would be the fix. But then, randomly it would all act normal, both would blink normal speed. Last night on a ride i noticed the fast blink again on the left. The only change is now the left blinker light on the dash stayed on...until i drove it today and the jeep showed no sign of problems...whaaattt theee beeeep???
Also, my hazards have never worked...Cheers

The hazards and turn signal are controlled by the same switch. I would say its the turn signal switch or maybe the relay. But, I would check to make sure they are plugged in. Especially the hazard plug. Check out the write up for guidance.

if the light stays solid green and doesnt flash, its a sign that the socket is bad. It sounds like your left multi-function switch is going bad as well

My left signal gets stuck on... If I push the lever down a hair it blinks. But at it's normal location of "on" it does not work all the time....

I took the light socket out. I cleaned the contacts where the light goes and the reverse side where the plug goes as well as the plug. So far so good. there was a tad of corrosion on one of the contacts that i cleaned.
