Turn signal control arm

Turnsignal/Fog/headlamps control arm mounted on the steering column needs to be replaced. The fog lamp switch is intermittant. Purchased a replacement from AutoZone. Any body have any suggestions. Is it plug/pLay and how difficult is it to get the steering wheel off and on. Do I need special tools?

It is actually really easy to do. You'll need a few torx bit screwdrivers.
Read this thread I did a write up to show how to change it.

Looks like you have a later model--wonder if this procedure will apply to a 2002 wrangler sport?
