turn signal troubles

so the other day, my turn signal decided to crap out on me. i changed the bulb and all fuses but it still wont work. it my front left turn signal. the light shows that its on when my lights are on and beeps to tell me to turn it off. it doesnt show up when the lights are off. it makes a loud buzzing noise when i try to use it as well. is there any suggestions out there that can fix this im at a stand still with it...

Sounds like a relay somewhere? But I don't know why that would only affect the front one?

Check the rear tail light bulb housings and also make sure the screws and tub contact is clean and tight. It's self grounding and will cause issues if corroded. I would also suggest checking the wiring to the front turn signal for any issues along with voltage check there. Have you tried swapping the front bulbs to rule out a defective new bulb?
