I think this Flasher would solve your problem. I have the ORO LED Tail Lights, and they do the same thing. Once I installed this Flasher it took care of the high speed Flashing. This particular Flasher is rated for 2-6 LED's, so it should
work. However, this Flasher returns it to stock speed, but there is a 1-1.5 second delay from the time you hit your signal to the time of it actually flashing. This to me was more annoying than the quick flash. I took mine out and now let the signals go like a bat out of hell.
You should be able to find one at a local Auto parts store if you live in a decent sized area. Out of 3 Autozones, 3 Checkers, and 2 Napas, I finally found mine at a Napa for about $17. It was the only one in the area. But they ARE out there, and can be ordered if needed. Just make some phone calls.
As far as resistors, ask Tripp about that one.
Hope this helps.
