Turn Signals Problem

My 1997 Jeep often has issues with the turn signal, wipers and radio. Ever since I bought it 7 years ago I've had this problem. Gotten it fixed, had a switch replaced and it seems to keep recurring. Anyone know why or have ideas?

My 2000 TJ has problems with Radio and turn signals not working - found thread that tied it to the ignition (key cylinder). Haven't gotten it fixed yet. Works fine when you turn the key to auxiliary but not when you start the vehicle.
