Napa has a lifetime warranty on theirs. They are around 100 bucks a piece, but they will replace them at any time as long as you have your receipt.

Once you get them out use a 3m pad on the surfaces to get all the old crud out and then use anti-seize on the surfaces of the unit bearings before you push them back in. Also while it's apart check your ball joints, easy to do now while it's all apart.
Personally I use copper based anti-seize, it lasts longer and you don't get the galvanic reaction between the aluminum and steel like with the normal anti-seize.

cool! I know where I'm buying my next unit bearing. I expect to go thru these things alot faster now with my heavy tire/wheels. So far so good with my latest set though.

Don't know but with us running big tires and going thru unit bearings quicker than stock rigs it's worth the extra money 1 time.
