US Standard Gears?

Anyone have any experience with this brand? Are they any good? Anything too watch out for? Or, simply stay away from these all together? TIA

While my personal ring & pinion gear preference is Dana-Spicer, I understand US Standard gears are good too. I haven't really heard of a bad brand that gets negative comments.

OK, just checking cause I can get a great deal on a rear Ford 8.8 installed, both Axels regeared (with The US Standard), lockers & air.

From what I understand US standard gears are Yukon seconds, they are not subject to the final lapping that the Yukons get. That said, I have a set FR/RR that I have been running for a few thousand miles with no issues all. Some report that they are noisy but I believe that's on the installer as mine are real quiet.
